squitch Description
squitch is an open source Linux operating system specifically crafted by its developers to help users in penetration testing tasks, based on the Ubuntu Linux distribution. It uses GNOME 2 as its default desktop environment, and Linux kernel 3.0.0.15. Among the pentesting utilities included in the squitch Live CD, we can mention Nmap, Angry IP Scanner, Wireshark, Zenmap, Nping, TCPdump, Ncat, Inguma GUI, Ettercap, Weevly, Xsser, Crunch, Xhydra, Exploitdb Search and Directory, and much more. squitch is distributed as a single Live CD ISO image, supporting both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. It can be easily installed on a local hard disk drive or USB stick.
