maRt or microarraytool is an R-based application written in Java. Since all statistical procedures in maRt are dependent on R it is mandatory to have a recent version of R installed. maRt simplifies microarray analysis by providing a graphical user interface for import, normalization, filtering, report and functional GO annotation capabilities for microarrays from different sources.
