imgcbv is a small, simple, easy to use application specially designed to help you with the subtraction of the contribution of vascular radioactivity from dynamic PET image in ECAT format. Vascular volume fraction Vb can be given as a value that is common to all image pixels, or as (smoothed) Vb image, calculated from a CO study. Here are the used parameters: Dynamic image file (corrected for decay) Blood TAC file (times in minutes) Vb value or Vb image file (fraction, not percentage) Output image file
