dftcbv Description

dftcbv is a small, simple, easy to use application specially designed to help you subtract the contribution of vascular radioactivity from regional PET TACs. Vascular volume fraction Vb can be given as a value that is common to all regions, or as regional values in a DFT file, calculated from a CO study. Vb values that are >=1.0 are assumed to be percentages. Blood TAC can be given in a separate file, or as a region name inside regional TAC file.
