It allows you to add, edit, information that can help you maintain a personal connection. This is helpful not only in business but when working with people in all endeavors. The map now has zoom capabilities, and if you double click on the Google map your browser opens with a larger and more detailed map which includes street view if available for the specified address. The notes tab opens a note system that allows you to keep track of what was said, what was done, and when. This feature is very helpful in keeping many details straight when you work with people. This ability to keep details fresh in your mind will help you be more effective and responsive to individual needs. Many people are using social and business media sites to present important information about themselves, their goals, aspirations, and achievements. Keeping track of all this information is an advantage, and with ZeroPoint CRM it's easy. As you meet with people, and communicate with them, it's helpful to keep a log of what was discussed and when. The notes database makes it a breeze to make sure promises are kept, and critical information stored for future reference. One of the best features of ZeroPoint CRM is the appointment calendar system. It is easy to create appointments, and see what happened. When you double click on a calendar cell, an appointment editor pops up, showing you the appointments, and allowing you to add, modify or delete existing appointments. A manager can set appointments (relevant to the needs of the group) regarding Holidays, Birthdays, business meetings, family meetings, or other group related dates and appointments for all the members of the group. By using the "Hide Group Appointments" option, you can filter out all the group appointments at any time.
