X-Pencil was created as an Open Source software that allows you to create hand-drawn animations. X-Pencil was built as a portable version of Pencil. X-Pencil is an easy-to-use tool that makes use of both bitmap and vector graphics. The interface and the timeline were designed for quick and easy timing changes.
