WallShuffler gives you a convenient way to change your wallpaper. WallShuffler can also run automatically at startup.WallShuffler includes on-the-fly plugin filter features such as grayscale, sepia, frame, etc. This way, the image for wallpaper can be filtered and displayed without modifying the actual image. Each image can be individually set to different filter. More over this feature uses plug-in system, so you can add filter with only downloading small plug-in file.
