The Notification will remain in top making it easier to see the battery left information even if the home screen changes or user is working on different applications. --Total time remaining in which the battery will discharge(As per usage).If the battery is being charged,it predicts the time in which it will be fully charged. --As the battery gets consumed, the icon’s color changes from Blue to green, yellow and red. When the battery is critical, the icon’s color changes to red.
