Site Status Check is a small utility that enables you to keep track of your web site activity, by checking if it’s online at a predetermined time. You can do this by setting a time interval and running it in the background while you work, or manual, by using the Check now! menu. Let us say that you have a site for your business with ~1000 unique visitors every day. So, we’ll say that you have little over 41 potential new clients every hour, provided your site is up and running. But, if there is a problem with your hosting and you are busy doing something else meanwhile, you won’t notice that your site is down and this will result in 0 ( zero) potential new clients during this time. This is only one possible scenario, but you get the idea.
