SecuryCam Description

SecuryCam is a program whose purpose is to allow Administrators to easily supervise their network. You can see what every user on your network does, with the help of mini views(minicams). And whenever you want you can switch to full screen to have a full control (mouse and keyboard) over a computer or if you have to go away from the computer you may switch to passive mode and the screenshots from the remote computers will be saved on disk for you to see when you come back at your desk. This is definitely not the only thing you can do with SecuryCam. You can also make VoIP (Voice Over IP) calls to every user connected(you can make multiple calls at once) and they can call you. This is useful for announcements or solving problems. If you do not have a microphone you can use the text notices/messages or even use the built-in chat (found in both the SecuryCam server and Viewer). You can also let the users in your network see your screen(multiple users can see your screen at once). This is useful if you want to teach users something new, want to make a presentation and so on. The built in File Transfer Module lets you transfer any files you want to/from the remote computers. The interface is easy to use, just browse to the directory you want and simply drag & drop the files/folders you would like to transfer. And when you need your users to complete an on-line form(HTML format) just use the the built-in feature in the program that opens a new window in the remote computers and do not allow them to close it until they navigate to the page you specified. You can also specify that the HTML documents will be opened in a window that can be closed at any time. If running files from the local computer you can use the built-in web server(does not support server side scripting i.e: ASP,PHP) or you can use your favourite web server. The computers you are supervising can be either in your network or anywhere in the internet. You won't have to worry about your privacy because the data being transfered is encrypted using the Blowfish encryption algorithm. If you want, you can disable the encryption fomr the Options dialog to gain extra performace, but it is recommended that you don't because Blowfish uses few system resources. SecuryCam consists of two parts: - the server that must be installed on the workstations you want to supervise. - the client(SecuryCam Viewer) that allows you to monitor and control the remote computers.
