SPREAD Description

SPREAD is an application that can help you visualize and analyze various phylogeographic reconstructions. These reconstructions can result from Bayesian inference of spatio-temporal diffusion SPREAD enables the user to supply custom slice heights instead of automatically defining them according to the MCC tree. This can be done by choosing appropriate analysis type and then loading text file with the custom slice heights, defined in a single column and in ascending order.
