Rowing Coach Description

Rowing Coach is an easy to use speech enabled (US English) program that helps the individual rower achieve their maximum during an ergometer (i.e. an indoor rowing machine) based workout. It uses state of the art speech technology, voice recognition and text to speech, combined with animation to provide a dynamic "stroke". The rower closest to the stern that crosses the finish line last is known as the stroke. The stroke sets the rhythm for the rest of the rowers. This rhythm is a key aspect of actual rowing that is lost even on the most sophisticated rowing machine. With Rowing Coach you can perform totally dynamic or “canned” training profile workouts under the guidance of an accurate stroke without needing to stop to enter commands.
