RattleSoft IgnitionDesk is na application which connects staff with tools and resources by integrating with key enterprise technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Unified Communications, LANDesk Management Suite, Microsoft Office 2007 and other enterprise platforms. Instead of deploying tools and training resources for each tool to service desk staff, you can deploy IgnitonDesk which offers staff the tools they need to manage service requests as well as offering collaboration tools that allow staff to schedule meetings, send emails, connect via Microsoft Unified Communications, add journals and attachments to share knowledge and more. RattleSoft IgnitionDesk is an IT service management platform that is easier to use, integrates with more technologies and costs less than our competitors. Ease of Use By using the same interface that Microsoft Office 2007 uses, support staff need less training compared to other service management solutions that use poorly designed and complex layouts. Common and related tasks are grouped together and the entire application can be customized by the user to fit their roles. Integration IgnitionDesk integrates with technologies your organization has already purchased and has deployed.
