Project Management Tutor Description

Project Management Tutor is an introductory course into project management basic principles, stages and threats. The presentation is created in Flash, which is included in the download. The course is organized into multiple sections that take through the basics (resources, schedule) and the life cycle (initiation, planning, evaluation and review) of a project, then present various pitfalls that can occur from the design phase of the project until it is complete. Risk planning also has its own chapter and informs of the importance of anticipating the risks that can appear during the entire life of the project. The presentation is wrapped in an interactive interface that permits easy navigation from one chapter to another. No matter the current position in the course there is the possibility to get to a specific section or return to the main menu. There are navigational buttons in the lower part of the screen and in the upper part thee are quick links to all the available chapters. A glossary is also present, explaining the meaning of all the terms in the current context. The tutorial is aimed at beginner users that need a strong foundation for future project management knowledge.
