Pareto Principle Description

Pareto Principle can calculate what portion of the total revenue is generated by any selected percentage of your customers or products. The Pareto Principle, also known in finance as the 80/20 rule, states that 80% of revenue shoud come from the top 20% of customers, the top 20% of products account for 80% of all purchases, and so on.
