Nutritional Pro is a Nutritional Calculation Program that is Feature rich and ideal for any Food Manufacturers, Restaurants or Retailers needing to provide Pack Information, Specifications or Guide the Development Process. Nutritional Pro provides Nutritional Information, Ingredient Declarations, Allergen Tracking, Traffic Light and Guideline Information, QUID, Meat QUID and even Prints Labels. All the screens are supported by a Powerful Report Writer that allows you to Export the data in 26 different formats making it easy to incorporate the information into your own documents. Creating a new recipe can be achieved in minutes; the program comes pre-loaded with the current UK and American data, plus the ability to enter your own ingredients. Once the new recipe has been created the nutritional information is immediately available, displayed in text and a powerful graphical format. The program can be filtered to show as much or as little information as you require, the main 8 being the most commonly used filter. Particularly useful for development purposes is the ability to drill down on any information, to find the source. Salt and fat are the most commonly used drill downs, returning a graphical display showing which ingredients contain the most salt or fat.
