Nidesoft LG Video Converter is a software designed to help you encode video clips to formats supported by mobile phones, such as MP4, AVI and 3GP. It can be used by both novices and experienced individuals. The program comes with a user-friendly interface in which you can import video clips by using the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed. In the list you can check out the name, duration, trimmed length and type of each video. So, all you have to do is set an output directory and file type, in order to start the conversion task. Furthermore, you can change audio and video settings when it comes to the resolution, bit rate, channel mode and volume. Additionally, you can preview clips in a small, built-in media player and capture frames, merge and crop videos, trim them by marking the start and end position or time values, make image adjustments (e.g. brightness, contrast), and others. Settings can be restored to default. The video processing tool runs on a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time and didn't freeze or pop up errors during our tests. However, it crashes whenever you import unsupported file types and delivers a poor image and sound quality in the output videos. Plus, there is no help file available.
