MP3 WAV to CD Burner - as it can be easily deduced from its name - is a CD burning software application whose main function is to create audio CDs directly from compressed MP3 audio files or from existing WAV files. The resulting CDs can then be played back on most stereo systems, sound equipments, portable CD players, PCs, etc., even if they are a bit old. The program presents a modern and unconventional user interface where you can carry out the whole process, from adding your source files to burning your CD, on a single environment and with just a few clicks. It offers a toolbar with big and clearly-labeled buttons that allow you to launch the CD burning task, to erase a re-writable CD (CD-RW), and to open the general configuration window of the program. There is another side toolbar whose buttons will allow you to add your source MP3 or WAV files (you can add several files at a time), remove the currently selected track, and change their position in the list by moving them upwards or downwards. There is also an expandable box where you can select the CD recorder that you want to use for the burning process, and another one to select the disc size and duration among three of the most popular formats: "650M/74Min", "700M/80Min", and "730M/83Min". In the lower side of the window there is a bar that shows you the exact disc usage and the available space left, so that you can always know if more files can be added or not. To top it all off, there is also a small media player embedded here that allows you to play, pause, and stop any of the source files. The configuration window of the program only allows you to select the temporary folder it will use, and whether those temporary files must be deleted or not after the burning process has finished. The trial version of the program does not impose the typical temporal restriction - however, it only allows you to burn up to 5 files, though if you decide to buy the program, you will find the price to be very reasonable.
