Kingsoft Presentation is an easy to use software solution that enables you to create slideshows in PPT format, using a variety of tools and customizable preferences to generate the best possible result. The program is quite simple to work with, and while you do not necessarily need experience with similar applications, having it will sure help you figure it out faster. Kingsoft Presentation features numerous buttons and toolbars from which you can select the functions you want to use. Additionally, the multiple menus provide supplementary options, so you can obtain the presentation you want. In order to start creating your slideshow, you can start creating the slides you need and entering the information either by hand or pasting it from clipboard. It can be edited, formatted and customized however you please, modifying its alignment, font, color, size or effects. Aside from text, you can insert images, hyperlinks, diagrams, Flash videos, background music and several other objects into your slides. Similarly, you can add symbols, slide numbers or date and time stamps. The 'Speaker Notes' section lets you enter various comments visible only to you on the computer and not the rest of the audience watching on a projector, for instance.
