Keep On Top is a tiny and practical piece of software that allows you to make any window stay on top of all the other ones. It can be easily figured out, even by first-time users. This is is a portable app, so installing Keep On Top is not necessary. It means that you can store the tool on a storage device (like a USB flash drive), save it to any computer and directly run its executable file. This way, you can always have Keep On Top with you when you're on the move.
