GEC-LBS Tools Description

GEC and LBS are two languages for modelling in synthetic biology and systems biology, respectively The GEC-LBS Tools package includes a prototype Windows application provides interfaces for the GEC (formerly LSB) and LBS compilers. The tool also provides basic stochastic and deterministic simulation functions. These rely on the Systems Biology Workbench (SBW) being installed locally.
