Once you have snapped the image, the editor part of Free Screen Capture is launched and you can start modifying the picture as you see fit. For instance, you can overlay rectangle or ellipse shapes (which can come in handy if you want to cover a part of your screen and remove potential distractions), as well as draw lines or arrows for emphasizing some desktop areas. You also have the possibility to use freehand drawing if you want to reveal your artistic side or you can blur certain areas that you consider should remain private. Additionally, you can also insert text boxes with custom font types, sizes and colors, to ensure that your messages are visible. You can further crop your image so as to keep only the screenshot are you are interested in. You can save your modified snapshot to the location and format you choose, considering Free Screen Capture supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP and TIFF.
