FlexAlert Description

Want to get an alert if your sales price is below cost price or if your inventory is to low? FlexAlert gives you the possibility to surveil data in your business system. Set up the criteria and decide how often and to whom the alert must be send. The alert is send by e-mail. The transactions that caused the alert are attached to the e-mail as either a text or an excel file. In the set up it is possible to export directly to excel without sending an alert. If you manually enter data to Excel - FlexAlert will save you lots of time. Beyond the alert function, FlexAlert is a great report tool. E.g. you can make a weekly list over items not sold in a specific period or simple if you want to inform about the actual turnover. Access to your data is done through ODBC.
