DocSweep Description

DocSweep is a novel utility that will scan your Windows Start Menu every ten seconds and automatically removes unnecessary document titles that accumulate there. Once launched, DocSweep is accessible on your desktop as a tray icon. By clicking the tray icon, you set the number of document titles permitted (0 to 25) before the program automatically clears the Start Menu. With a single mouse click, you can quickly clear the Start Menu of all document titles. DocSweep also monitors your system on Windows startup and shutdown and alerts you if undeleted files remain in your temporary folder. Unlike most "tweaking" utilities, DocSweep monitors your recent Documents entries and does not clear entries from your recent Run list or your browser's recently typed-URL list. DocSweep also offers the option of minimizing memory usage by scanning your recent Documents entries on launch and then terminating itself, releasing its memory to Windows.
