Customize Folder Description

Customize Folder is a lightweight application designed to enable you to customize each folder the way you desire, by changing it's icon and it's background image while browsing, among other options. Windows itself has an option to change a folder's icon by right-clicking a folder and selecting Properties/Customize/Folder Icons, and the background can be obtained by tweaking with desktop.ini, but with Customize Folder, you can do the same, and more, in a faster and simpler way.
