Cookbook Description
Cookbook is a food and drink recipe management tool. It allows you to create an unlimited number of cookbooks, which are, in a way, a collection of recipes. In each cookbook, you add a category, and to each category you can add different recipes. Cookbook data is saved in .mdb files and you need to manually open them by using the "Open file" option of the application's interface. After you have created a cookbook, a category, and add recipes, you will see that the interface is neatly divided. By clicking a category, you see all the recipes contained within it, like in a hierarchical tree. From the recipe menu, you can access a Find function that will make finding recipes easier when you have one too many. There is a spell checker and you can paste content from websites or simply import text files. In all honesty, Cookbook is just a combination of text editors. You input some text, and then you get a link to it. Formatting is as basic as it gets and there are no advanced features at all. There doesn't seem to be support for video or hypertext.
