Conversion Software is a simple to use tool especially designed to offer you a quick and easy way of converting various types of measuring units. With it, you are able to transform distances, time, temperature, liquid capacity, digital data and weight. It displays a more than comprehensive interface, minimalistic you can say. When you run it, you get a window that contains buttons for all the categories of conversions that it can perform. Clicking one opens up a new window with the actual conversion types. For example, clicking the ‘Distance’ button enables you to convert from centimeters to inches, inches to feet, yards to feet, miles to kilometers and so on. All the conversions are two-way which means that in the window where you convert inches to feet, you also get to convert the other way around. Conversion Software is a straightforward tool. There are no complex menus to deal with or any distractions for that matter. You simply find your way through the main conversion categories, and subcategories, enter the values you want to transform and with a simple click, you get the results. The values you get are displayed in text fields which means that you can easily copy the result and paste it in a project where the data is needed. Whenever you need to perform a new conversion, the previously opened window remains on the screen. This can be both a good and a bat thing at the same time. The good is in the fact that if you need to perform a certain conversion again, you don’t need to reopen it. On the other side, the windows do take up quite a lot of space and resizing them doesn't work as it should. In closing, Conversion Software is by all means a simple and practical conversion tool that you or anyone else for that matter can use to perform the unit transformations.
