Blogshop Inventory System is an application that will help you organize the stock in hand for your blogshop. BIS is small, easy to use with multi features to manage your blogshop. And of course, above all, BIS is secure, rather than letting somebody else hold on to your sales data. Note: You can purchase the product from the Registration window of the application. Main features: Multi blogshop: Multi Blogshop features allows you to manage all your online shop in one software. You can monitor your sales for each Blogshop, for easier inventory and profit monitoring Inventory Management: The Inventory feature allows you to insert inventory data with picture for easy reference. This feature allows you to enter financial information i.e. cost price, retail price that will be used in the statistics features where you can monitor quantity sold as well as the profit gain. Order Management: Placing order never been easier with our Order Management. With one click, existing customer’s data is auto-generated without the hassle to retype their details again and again. With print and e-mail function, you can send out delivery order to customer with one click of a button. The delivery order will be sent by our predefined delivery order template. Our system also programmed to support additional discount rate during promotional season. Just add the discount by value or by percentage and it will be calculated for you. Transaction Management: You can manage customer's order on your own or if you have partner, maximum of 3 people, able to verify the order by using our Checker/ Approver function. It is to minimize error. The order cannot be completed without the authorization from all parties, approving the transaction. Transaction History Management: Using this system, you can keep track of your previous completed order. If a customers wants to cancel the order after order has been completed, you can do that by using this screen. Statistics: The BIS has a feature to view your sales statistics in graphical format, by using chart for easy reference. You can see the total sold item by category and type, total price and total profit per month, as well as per day. System Settings: You can define minimum Inventory Alert, Checker/Approver, email setting as well as your Blogshop banner that are displayed at various function in the system. You also can change the appearance of the BIS application window color, text, list color and much more. By logging in using administrator's account, you can do a database restore and backup for easy system maintenance should the application crash or computer breakdown.
