The aim of this Project is to provide a set of tools to use the Bazaar VCS to handle PTC Pro Engineer CAD files. It currently has a utility (bzr proclean) to clean up and normalise a Pro/E Working directory to prepare it to be stored in Bazaar. Pro/E has an internal file versioning which appends incremented numbers at each saving to the filename. For example an Assembly called "main" has the file name "main.asm". After each file save Pro/E creates a file called "main.asm.1", "main.asm.2”... This is not optimal to save files in a VCS such as Bazaar. To avoid these problems this Helpers provide a way to prepare a Pro/E project to be saved in Bazaar. Currently there is a Bazaar Plug-in called proe which adds a command "bzr proclean" to bazaar. Also, you can use this command to porcess the current working directory and save it in Bazaar. It provides a simple alternative to manage your project without Pro/INTRALINK. NOTE: Just copy the proe.py file into your Bazaar plug-in directory. By default this is: C:Documents and SettingsApplication DataBazaar2.0plugins
