Once done they can be transferred to DTP software, CD or for publishing on the internet. You are able to exercise precise control over the conversion through control of extents, display or layout limits. You can customize line widths or suppress them altogether. You are able to select from current, model or layouts only, layouts by name. Selection of layers by name or type such as on/off, lock/unlock, frozen/unfrozen or plottable/ unplottable are possible too. Page layouts can be set from the DWG page layout settings. When converting to an image the page, view and layout from the CAD drawings are retained. Colors to be used in the image are also selectable. By converting to images the drawings become universally viewable eliminating the need for a CAD viewer. Thus collaborating or communicating with any one become pretty easy.
