Acute Softwares Filelister is an application designed to help you quickly view your files if you are using a lot of files at once in different directories, or want to view the contents of any text, graphics or HTML file. With Acute Softwares Filelister, you will be able to view Word and Excel documents as well. Also creates MP3 playlists, and is able to exclude folders. Its real power is as its ability to view lots of files from different directories in a single list. You tell it what directories to look it, the dates of the files that you want to see, and what file specs (e.g. .DOC, or Report*.* ) and FileList will scan all the listed directories and produce a list of all the files matching that criteria ready for quick browsing. You can search the list of files, tag and untag them, copy, move, delete and rename the files. Allows multiple deletion of files from either the list, or from the hard drive and you can do batch file creations on the lists.
