Windows 2000 or later. 4POS Retail is our pure inventory and sales software (not rental) that enables you to use your computer as a point of sale terminal, just add your stock and use it to process sales. Although it requires no additional hardware the software has facilities for receipt printers, barcode readers, touch screens and pole displays. Items sold may be tracked by unique transaction reference and are allocated to individual staff protected by secure log on. Advanced easy to use interface The ideal solution for any small or medium size business that needs to do retail sales with powerful reports and transaction tracking. Easy functionality The program has an advanced interface to reduce staff training and is designed to offer rapid use with various keyboard shortcuts. Flexible hardware options It may be coupled with a bar code scanner and is designed to allow the main operations to be used from a touch screen. Receipt printer and cash drawer support Each may be configured to work with your hardware. A custom receipt with logo, barcode and byline may be designed. Several formats are built in ready to use. In depth reports A wide variety of takings and category reports are available. The F12 key pulls up an overview of the most useful information. An email report and log can be sent. Barcode printing The program supports wedge type barcode readers and will print both most commonly used Code 39 and EAN (UPC-A) barcodes on a variety of labels. Flyers and reminders The program will print several reminder letters with customer and item detail, customizable mailmerge (selected customers) circulars to increase your profitability. Special hardware support Support is provided to operate a till and separate receipt printer plus pole display. Daily sales The program can simply produce daily item sales, restock lists and also export in CSV format for further analysis. Taxes Non, one or two taxes may be specified with configurable descriptions. Dual currency A second currency may be displayed and also printed on the custom receipts.
