soloBackup Description

soloBackup is a lightweight application that will enable users to easily backup their folders and files. It is intended to be used with external disk drive storage and to simplifies the scheduling of the built in Windows backup utility. On completion of each backup soloBackup will email you the results keeping you informed of the state of your backups. soloBackup will schedule ONE job at a time you pick, this single scheduled job will run every day, determine weather to perform a backup, what type of backup to perform and where to store the backup file. To accomplish this with the built in Windows backup software requires the creation monitoring and maintenance of more than twenty (20) scheduled jobs and you don't get email notifications of the backup job status. Restoring files couldn't be any easier or faster. Launch the built in backup software, load a backup set, select the files that need to be resorted (or the entire system) and proceed.
