pc2box Description

pc2box is a handy utility that enables file exchange between a computer system and a storage device. The storage unit must be formatted with the LaSAT Video File System, a file system that is used by many PVRs, but not supported by the current operating systems such as Windows or Linux. Main features: Import media files from PVR to PC Supports following transport streams: Audio (mp2), Video (mpeg-2) and HD Video (h.264) Transfers raw .REC files from PVR to PC and back to PVR ("pc2box") Converts raw .REC files into transport stream Versions available for Windows and Linux, 32-bit as well as 64-bit Displays electronic program guide (EPG) information for recorded streams Supports PVR hard disk partition sizes up to 4TB Automatically scans for available HDD devices (proper access rights required on Linux, see README.linux)
