The 35 buttons on the remote allow Instant Access to many of mediate's functions: * Launch and close mediate using Power button * Instant access to main menu, music, video, pictures and Now playing screens * Play, pause, Fast Forward, rewind, skip and stop functions for media * Adjust volume for music and videos or mute, all with on screen display * Effortlessly navigate the mediate user interface using large cursor and Ok buttons The ergonomic remote has an operation range of upto 40 feet, and comes with its own infrared receiver that plugs into any free USB port (USB 1.1 or 2.0). The receiver has a generous 1.9M cable length to allow positioning away from your PC if required. @home media can supply the Streamzap remote control complete with installation guide and driver CD, although batteries are not included (2 x AAA batteries required).
