iTech Video Cutter is an application with a pretty suggestive name - it allows you to split video clips into smaller parts. It supports multiple formats, including AVI, FLV, MOV, MPG and 3GP. It can be easily used by novices. The interface of the program is clean and pretty intuitive. Video files can be imported via the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch processing is not allowed. So, you can preview the clip in a media player and set the start and end position. Once you establish the output directory and file type, you can proceed with the encoding job. In addition, you can switch to full screen mode, as well as enable iTech Video Cutter to stay on top of other processes. The simple-to-use video processing program takes up a low amount of system resources, has a good response time and quickly finishes a task. However, there is no help file available and we weren't able to perform any successful conversion jobs during our tests, although we tested iTech Video Cutter on both Windows 7 and XP.
