finCalcs MIRR Calculator Description

finCalcs MIRR Calculator is a lightweight and very basic software solution whose main purpose is to provide financial engineers with a quick method of obtaining the modified internal rate value for a certain investment that you have made or intend to make.Benefits in working with portable toolsAfter downloading the archive you can simply unzip it and run the application, because the utility does not need to go through an installation process. As such, you can carry finCalcs MIRR Calculator with you all the time, on a USB stick or other memory devices, using it on all compatible computers, without an issue. Moreover, because the program does not experience an installation, it does not generate any registry entries on your system, meaning that it can be removed just by deleting the containing directory. Basic interface with straight-forward functionalityThe main window of finCalcs MIRR Calculator is fairly simple and far from attractive in any way, as it is only meant to have a functional purpose, and nothing else. It features two main sections, namely 'Input I' and Input II' where you are allowed to enter all the variables of your business investment. In the former section, you can add your cash flows, either by typing them manually or by pasting them from clipboard. Keep in mind that finCalcs MIRR Calculator does not support any special symbols, so the only character, aside from numbers, that you can use is 'minus' (-) to signal negative cash flows. The 'Input II' area enables you to enter the 'Finance Rate', 'Reinvestment Rate', 'Tax Rate', 'Annuity Type', 'Compounding', 'Period' and 'Distribution' values, then press the 'Calculate' button to obtain the 'MIRR', a result which at best can be copied to clipboard and used in another application, as this tool does not feature an export function. Useful MIRR calculatorTo conclude, finCalcs MIRR Calculator is a simple yet handy finance program which can assist you in determining the correct value for the modified internal rate on a business investment.
