fhPrintScreen enables you to print the content of your screen on your current printer, using it’s current settings, in landscape or portrait just by clicking on a QuickLaunch icon or pressing CTRL-ALT-P. Lots of user are happy with this level of use and never need to explore the advanced settings. fhPrintScreen allows you to specify multiple shortcuts (either mouse or keyboard), each of them accomplishing one particular thing that you specified here. By example, you can have one mouse shortcut in the QuickLaunch area to print your screen on your current printer, and one keyboard shortcut (CTRL-ALT-H like Help) to print your screen in an image file in a directory on the support server. You can add new shortcuts anytime you want.
