Task state is shown graphically (in work, finished, expired, deleted). doTask! tracks programs used by the user. Programs can be divided into three categories: Forbidden programs. doTask! immediately suspends a task which the employee is currently working on and informs about the reason of stopping. Undesirable programs. doTask! suspends a current task after a few minutes. Neutral programs. An employee can use these programs as long as needed. doTask! has flexible monitoring system allows you to track how work time is spent productively. Monitoring is done during work only.
