cfThreadingTools Description

Even if it is very straight forward to use multi-threading in .NET the programming of multi-threaded UI is not. Every committed developer knows the annoying use of InvokeRequired and Invoke. The cfThreadingTools package provides some encapsulated logic for dealing with this problem and consists of several extension-classes to deal with special controls. Following items are included: - BaseTools-class which allows thread-safe setting of properties and calling of methods. - ControlExtensions-class which is the extension-class for System.Windows.Forms.Control. - ListViewExtensions-class which is the extension-class for System.Windows.Forms.Control.ListView. - TextBoxExtensions which is the extension-class for System.Windows.Forms.Control.TextBox. - TestProject including a simple benchmark working against the TextBox.
