ZC Dream Photo Editor is an image editing tool that comes with a sleek interface and can be easily used by anyone. Once you initiate the program, you can either create a blank collage or from template (there are few options available). So, you can use the Explore-based layout to locate and view your images, in order to crop or flip them. But you can also set their transparency level, add shadows, zoom in and out, as well as use the undo and redo functions. Plus, you can add frames and masks, photo from webcam, along with filters (e.g. grayscale, contrast, brightness, mosaic, sketch, blur, saturation). Additionally, you can insert clipart, a calendar and text (e.g. use textures, change color and font style), bring objects to front or send them to back, as well as lock items. In "Settings" you can modify the size of the picture, change orientation and background (transparent, color or image). After you finish editing, you can set the image as wallpaper, save as template and configure print options. The graphic editing tool takes up a high amount of system resources, contains a well-written help file with snapshots, supports several languages and didn't cause us any issues during our tests. However, the demo version has some severe limitations. All in all, ZC Dream Photo Editor is a good program for processing pictures, but it doesn't come with any advanced settings.
