Video-Sizer Description
You type in the height and width of the video you want to resize and the program gives you new values with the same aspect ratio as the original and also shows what "Division- Demands" it meets. (Dividable by 16, 8, 4, 2). You can choose larger or smaller sizes. (Enlarge checked = bigger than original) It also marks the sizes where a video normally does not play back choppy . Size-Equivalents of less than 640x480 pix. The Video-Sizer application looks for matching values every 16 pixel below or above the original, but you can make it compute up all possible values. It is also possible to only have those results shown that are divisible by 16. That makes it easier to find those rather rare sizes in a long list. Furthermore - if you have a video-codec that does not demand the typical 16, 8, 4 or 2- divisibilities you can also get the results for all the other values.
