The library is a DLL COM Server for all development platforms, and includes: * Graphical parser to draw HTML like markup on any Device Context, e.g. dialogs, controls, etc; * Markup based tooltips - extremely customizable, can be attached to any visual element of user interface; * XP-style Menus - fancy multi-line menus looking like Windows XP Start menu; * Basic support for Application Skins; * Unicode context for tooltips and menus allows for wide range of characters to be used simultaneously.
