UndeadPixel Description

UndeadPixel is one of the apps that help you deal with dead pixels, providing a basic method to locate a dead pixel on the screen. As you may know, sometimes locked pixels can be fixed through quick color changes and this is exactly what UndeadPixel tries to do. With a very easy to use interface that helps you turn your background color to red, lime, blue, white, black and yellow to easily detect a dead pixel, UndeadPixel is supposed to locate any faulty pixel no matter its color. Additionally, you can choose your very own colors and run a cycle for as many times as you want. Another useful tool is a flashing pixel than can be created on the screen and moved around wherever you want. The purpose of this feature is to enable you to move the flashing point over the stuck pixel and thus unlock it with the help of the quick color changes we were talking about. UndeadPixel lets you configure the number of flashing windows, the flashing size and the interval, with supported values ranging in between 3 ms and 80 ms. The footprint on hardware resources is minimal and UndeadPixel works flawlessly no matter the Windows version installed on the machine. All in all, UndeadPixel does exactly what it says, but it's nothing different from the other software solutions of its kind currently available on the market. It features basic dead pixel fixing utilities, it relies on a minimal and intuitive interface and has a reduced impact on system performance, remaining very light all the time.
