Default suppliers for frequently used types allows quick entry. Last mileage entered is remembered for quick entry for the next time. Change viewing filter to only see items interested in, filter and report on date range and item types. The Desktop has all features of the PDA version plus it has reporting capabilities and graphing of fuel economy and vehicle costs. This can synchronize with a Pocket PC PDA using Ultimate Car for Pocket PC software.
