UGROOVE Description

UGROOVE is a simple, easy to use application designed to help you compute the incremental cuts needed to do this using a round-nosed tool. (Things go easier if the groove is first roughed out with a roughing tool.) Small cusps are left behind and some file work is necessary to finish the die. When the program runs, it produces a table of values of 'X' and 'DOC'. X is the spacing of the plunge cut from the center of the groove and DOC is the depth of cut to make at that offset.
