TypeGauge Description

TypeGauge is an easy to use extension for Firefox that allows you to determine the font-size and line-height for any HTML element on the page. After installing it, click on the yellow icon in your status bar to activate it. The results shown are computed values (in pixels) rather than the explicit CSS values, which are often specified in relative units such as em or percentage. You will find that by adjusting your font sizes into whole numbers, you will improve the consistency of your typography and design across different browsers.
