The Achaean Description

The Achaean finds and removes trojan viruses hidden in the Carbon resource forks of media files such as MP3s and JPEGs. While The Achaean does function, the threat of this type of trojan has turned out to be virtually nonexistent. The main reason for this is that the part of the file that is capable of storing arbitrary code (the resource fork) is stripped from the file when it is copied to a non-Macintosh computer. Therefor it is very difficult for such a file to survive "in the wild." None-the-less, MKD still offers this tool if you should desire to use it.
