Stef's Lock Description

The Lock application was designed to be an extremely tiny program, that locks the display on a Windows machine. It does this exactly the same way as if you'd pressed Control-Alt-Delete and chose 'Lock Computer'. Don't ask me why it's useful. Someone asked for it.
