Splatcart Description

A car game where you play against 1 to 9 other cpu run carts. You can play "Splatmatch" or "You're It" on different maps. Different pickups can enhance your weaponry. You can also plant cactuses to stop carts chasing you. Needs directx. Future plans for the game involves network possibilities.
